Rates

Self-pay rate: $200 per intake session/$175 per 55-minute session

*Intensive EMDR rates differ from weekly EMDR rates (see Intensive EMDR for more information)

Insurance

DLM Counseling is in-network with Independence Blue Cross (Pennsylvania) and Quest Behavioral Health. If you have a different insurance provider, at your request, documentation is provided for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your mental health coverage. Prior to beginning treatment with DLM Counseling, please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network mental health services. 

Payment

I accept cash, check, and credit card for payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please provide 24-h notice or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged.
