About Daniella Muller

Hello! I am Daniella. I am someone who is goal-oriented and tends to run faster when the finish line is in sight. This works for me and I realize that everyone has their own motivation that leads to change.  My motivation comes from within as I navigate being a part of a large family, and a mom of two teens while pursuing my professional goals. We laugh a lot in our family which is a great coping skill for those of us who worry a lot. As a people person, I love listening and connecting to others and when I need some alone time, you can find me snuggled up with my dog, reading a book or listening to a podcast, probably something on mental health.

I work with adults who are anxious, take on the burdens of others and have a harder time focusing on themselves. Oftentimes, past experiences are getting in the way of finding peace within and trauma-focused therapy can help. As an adjunctive EMDR therapist, I can offer a warm, nonjudgmental, and safe environment for you to get to the root of your distress. Together we can gain insight into the following:

  • Understanding your unique strengths
  • Learning steps to calm and soothe your body
  • Improving your relationships
  • Healing unresolved trauma
  • Finding meaning and purpose

In my years of experience as a therapist, I have found that much can be healed through a therapeutic relationship and using evidence-based treatment approaches. I look forward to talking with you to see if adjunctive EMDR therapy is a good fit for you.

Self-awareness is the foundation for change
